Pricing for the house rental is very simple - it is $699US a week (which includes tax) all year except Easter and the months of July and August, when it is $799US.

This price covers everything, unless you wish to have the private pool heated (optional), which is $19 for each day.

The price also includes our birding itineraries and (if you are also having a general vacation) our own general guides to Florida and Theme Parks.

The house is not available for birding rentals from December 18 to January 1.
